1. GYM Yifeng Classifier Introduction
Gym Yifeng series classifier is a new-type classifier developed by our company for decades, combing pulverising and grinding to one. It is an idea ultra-fine classifier for deep processing of nonmetal mineral, especially used for grinding ultra-finely such nonmetal minerals as carbon calcium, colin clay, talc, graphite, etc. It has Characteristics as follows:

- It has advantages as high fineness, high yield, low energy consumption, and low investment. It adapts special grinding structure with doubt grinding channels, with high grinding efficiency as one time more than air-type classifier, blow-type classifier. For example, the fineness of the carbon calcium particle produced by GYM86 Yifeng classifier is 1250 mesh, with output of more than 1.2 Ton per hour.
- It has good fineness (D97=3-35um), which can be adjusted as require to meet the demand of market for improving the enterprise's competitiveness.
-It has perfect system which can finishing fining and grading at the same time. With high-effective cyclone separator and dust collector, it can run under negative pressure so that the dust can't go outside the classifier.

2. Structure and Operation Principle
2.1 Structure
Gym Yifeng series classifier consists of input system, main body, cyclone separator, pulse dust remover, high-pressure air blower and electric apparatus control units, etc...
2.2 Operation principle
When operating, the material is fed continuously from the input system into pulverizing chamber, after pulverizing and grinding; The pulverized material is conveyed to the classifying chamber to be classified. The qualified particle will go into cyclone separator through grading wheel, and then go out to be product. High-effective dust collector to be product will collect few unseparated particle. During this period, the whole system runs under negative pressure with air, which is cleaned by dust remover, going out through high-pressure air-introduced machine, as well as without dust going out.
